  Introducing Essential Learning
  
  In our April 2026 survey, 62% of respondents said that they wanted the mandatory training improved as the content was outdated and not fit for purpose.
  
  As a result, we are pleased to confirm that our new and improved Essential Learning will go live on Monday 17^th August. This will replace the existing mandatory training – a suite of 22 courses supporting colleagues across Field, Office, Contact Centre and People Leadership (Field, Office and Executive).
  
  Key Changes
  
  There is a suite of new Essential learning courses to complete including H&S courses accredited by RoSPA.
  
  Office and Field GDPR courses combined into one and existing badges transferred over.
  
  Previous individual safety courses such as Dermatitis, Needles & Sharps etc have been combined into a H&S Essentials course. Badges have been awarded to the relevant H&S courses for users who have completed the requirements.
  
  A new version of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion course will need to be completed again.
